3. Provision and hosting of the website

This website is provided via Vercel. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and request data is processed. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, the requested page or URL, browser or user-agent information, a referrer where transmitted, and other technical request information.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its stability and security, and identify technical errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website. Where processing is necessary for pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies.

4. Locally hosted fonts and media

The fonts used on this website are delivered locally from our own website. Loading them does not require a connection to Google Fonts, Grilli Type, or another external font CDN. The images and videos used on the website are also hosted locally.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or through the contact interface, we process the information you voluntarily provide in order to respond to your enquiry and manage a prospective or existing business relationship. This may include your name, work email address, company or role, the content of your message, and the selected offer.

The contact interface currently uses a mailto-based flow. The information entered is not submitted through a website form backend to HubSpot or another form provider. Submitting the form instead opens the email application configured on your device. The terms of the email service you use also apply to the subsequent transmission.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of business communications.

6. Cookies, analytics and tracking

Under the website’s current technical implementation, no analytics, marketing, or tracking technologies are used, and no related non-essential cookies are set. The application also uses neither local storage nor session storage. No consent management platform is currently used because no tracking or marketing services requiring consent are integrated.

To the extent necessary, data may be processed by the technical infrastructure used to host the website and by providers involved in email communication. Data is disclosed to other recipients only where required for the relevant purpose, where a legal obligation applies, or where another legal basis permits it.
